Clency Lee-Yow

Clency Lee-Yow is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Vitesse Systems since July 2023. Prior to this role, Clency held multiple leadership positions at Custom Microwave, Inc., including Chief Executive Officer, President, and Vice President of Operations from September 1994 to June 2023. Clency's career also includes significant contributions at COM DEV as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff and Advanced Member of the Technical Staff from March 1988 to September 1994, and a Research Assistant role at Queen Mary, University of London from February 1987 to March 1988, focusing on L-Band microstrip array antenna design and development. Clency earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Queen Mary University of London in 1987 and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the same institution in 1983.
