David W. Halsell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. David W.'smost recent position was as a Web Content Specialist at Seattle Public Utilities since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at VitFit llc, starting in December 2020.

David has also worked as a Visual Design, WordPress Consulting, and Content Marketing professional at ddubdigital.com, a Seattle-based creative digital agency, since January 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Research Associate, teaching undergraduate courses and developing curriculum at the Center for Digital Art and Experimental Media (DXARTS), University of Washington, until September 2009.

David W. Halsell's education history includes an MFA degree in Art from Carnegie Mellon University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a BFA degree in Sculpture from the University of Washington between 2001 and 2004. Additionally, they also earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the University of Washington during the same time period.
