Carlos Wheelock

Carlos Wheelock has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving in a role focused on LNG Americas at Vitol Group since 2017. Previously, Carlos held the position of Senior Vice President Commercial at Excelerate Energy from May 2008 to May 2016. Prior to that, Carlos worked as a Vice President at Citi from 2002 to 2008 and as an Associate at Enron in 2001-2002. Carlos earned an MBA in Finance from Rice University.
