Ceng Mayowa Akinrinlola Micheme

Mayowa Akinrinlola, CEng, MIChemE, is an experienced engineer specializing in carbon capture and utilization, with a focus on process engineering. Currently serving as a CCUS Process Engineer at Vitol, involved in the Humber Zero VPI Immingham Carbon Capture Project since October 2021, Mayowa previously contributed to the NZT Low Carbon Power Project Development at bp and held the role of Project & Process Consultant at OGCI Climate Investments. Professional background includes engineering positions at CNG Services Limited, DNV GL, and Velosi Nigeria, with expertise gained over a career spanning more than fifteen years. Mayowa holds a Master of Science in Chemical Processing from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.
