Souichi Ogata

Souichi Ogata is a highly experienced scientific leader in the field of biomedical sciences, currently serving as the APAC Scientific Leader and Scientific Support Lead at Vitrolife since October 2019. Expertise includes the development of lab instruments for intracytoplasmic sperm injection and leading educational initiatives in the IVF field through the Vitrolife Academy. Prior experience encompasses roles as a Medical Affairs Specialist at Roche, a researcher at RICOH focused on epigenetic diagnostics, a scientist at Janssen in oncology research, and a post-doctoral scientist at the University of California, Irvine. Souichi Ogata holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine and has contributed to significant research projects in cell signaling and development during graduate studies and earlier roles.
