Freddie Lebus

Freddie joined Vitruvian in 2017 and is a Principal in the Value Add Team.

Prior to Vitruvian, Freddie was Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal within their Private Equity Performance Improvement Team. He brings over eight years of experience in operational and financial performance improvement, in particular through a number of interim management positions with a focus on process improvement, operational diagnostics and financial reporting and control across a number of Private Equity clients. Previously he was an Assistant Manager at KPMG in their Mid-Market Restructuring practice. He has a BSc in Biological Sciences with honors in Zoology and Management from the University of Edinburgh. In addition Freddie is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA).
