Ben Mackay has a diverse work experience in the FMCG industry. Ben started their career at Pharmabroker Sales as an NSW Area Manager before becoming an NSW State Sales Manager. In these roles, they managed key accounts and focused on range and distribution. Ben then moved to Energizer Holdings, where they served as a National Account Manager for various clients, including Coles, Kmart, Bunnings, and Metcash. Ben later joined Bayer as a National Account Manager, overseeing the business objectives and relationships with Woolworths Group and leading a team responsible for other key accounts. Currently, they are working at Vittoria Food & Beverage as the Head of Category and Channel Development, leading a multi-brand global enterprise and overseeing market leadership and recognition.

Ben Mackay completed their Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Western Sydney University in the years 2006 to 2010. Ben later pursued a Master's degree in Business and Commerce, with a specialization in Marketing (MBC), from the same university in the years 2013 to 2014.
