Everton Höpner Pereira has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. In 2008, they worked as a Staff de Produção at Kaefer Agro Industrial Ltda, where they were responsible for observation and control of processes, items of verification, performance calculation, statistical control, standards, and indicators. Everton also used the PDCA method to analyze and solve problems. In 2010, they worked as a Trainee Industrial at Minerva SA, and also as a Consultor at Falconi Consultores de Resultado, where they provided consulting in management for results. Everton identified problems, related causes, and constructed action plans to reach goals. In 2016, they became COO & Founder of Vittude.

Everton Höpner Pereira received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão Financeira from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2017, after having earned an Engenharia de Produção degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná in 2009.
