Tatiana Pimenta

Tatiana Pimenta has over 15 years of work experience. Tatiana began their career in 2004 as a Civil Engineer at Rekint Engenharia Ltda. In 2005, they moved to Votorantim Cimentos S/A as a Regional Supervisor. In 2008, they became a Coordinator at Cimpor. In 2010, they took on the role of Regional Sales Manager at Arauco do Brasil S/A. In 2013, they were hired as an Area Sales Manager at Hilti. In 2015, they founded Vittude, a HIPAA-compliant marketplace that connects psychologists and patients, making therapy more accessible and user-friendly. In 2022, Tatiana was appointed as a Venture Partner at Antler.

Tatiana Pimenta has a diverse educational background. Tatiana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from UEL - Universidade Estadual de Londrina between 1999 and 2003. Tatiana then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ibmec between 2008 and 2009, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul between 2004 and 2005. Tatiana then completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa between 2012 and 2014. In 2016, they obtained a Professional and Self Coach certification from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC. In 2017, they obtained a Business & Executive Coach certification from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC. In 2018, they completed a The Science of Happiness course from University of California, Berkeley. Tatiana is currently pursuing an ISEP - INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Programme from INSEAD, which they began in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Liderança com Inteligência Emocional and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2018.
