Hazel Johnson

Hazel Johnson is a native of Monroe, Louisiana with two daughters and two grandchildren. She relocated to Florida in 1995 to pursue a career in Human resources and Marketing. In 2015, she joined Vituro Health to assist men with their healthcare needs. Hazel has had several roles since the startup of Vituro Health. This includes Marketing, Human resources, training programs, and Insurance. Hazel has learned it all and had a tremendous impact on the growth of Vituro Health.

Her current position with Vituro Health is Patient Experience Director. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, Hazel’s expertise helps each point of contact have a complete understanding of how Vituro can help with their healthcare needs. She also works with partnered physicians in other states to help with the scheduling of their patients. Hazel’s passion for helping men is driven by her family’s history of prostate cancer.
