Dr Jessie Lyons

Dr Jessie Lyons has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Dr Jessie has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. From 2014 to present, they have been working at Viva Energy Australia, starting as the Learning & Development and Organizational Capability Lead and eventually becoming the Head of People Strategy. Prior to that, they worked at The Shell Company of Australia, where they held positions such as Human Resources Manager and Change Lead, HR Business Support Functions. Dr Jessie also has experience as an Associate Consultant at Saville and Holdsworth Limited and as a Consultant & Doctoral Placement Student at Right Management. Dr Lyons has a strong background in people management, learning and development, and change management.

Dr Jessie Lyons (she/her) completed their education at the University of Melbourne from 2005 to 2007. During this time, they obtained a Doctorate of Psychology (Organisational) with First Class Honours.
