Julia Kagan

Julia Kagan has extensive experience in corporate governance and legal advisory roles, currently serving as Company Secretary and Chief of Staff at Viva Energy Australia since August 2018. Previously, Julia held positions such as Senior Corporate Counsel and Assistant Company Secretary at Bupa Australia & New Zealand and various roles at BHP, including Manager of Group Governance. Early career experience includes advisory roles at ASX and a legal position at Allens Arthur Robinson. Julia holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Law and Business from Monash University.
