Kristina Nelson

Kristina Nelson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the financial industry. Kristina is currently the Vice President of Credit Operations and Compliance at VIVA Finance, where they lead a team in creating financial technology products and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to this, they worked at Kabbage, Inc as a Manager in Compliance Operations for seven years. Before that, they were a Quality Assurance Manager at Vital Solutions, Inc., where they developed compliance policies and responded to regulatory requests. Kristina also held the position of Operations Manager at CompuCredit, where they successfully managed collections call center performance and led a team of subordinate managers. Additionally, Kristina has experience in account and customer service management at First North American National Bank. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in compliance, risk management, and leadership.

From 1987 to 1993, Kristina Nelson attended The University of Georgia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Religion.
