Lisa Wood-Foster has extensive experience in customer advocacy and service management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Customer Advocates at VIVA HEALTH since November 2019, after previously holding the position of Manager of Customer Advocate. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Customer Service Manager at DST Health Solutions from September 2011 to November 2019, demonstrating a strong background in customer engagement and support.
