Charlie Richards

Charlie Richards has a wealth of experience in business development, partnerships, and entrepreneurship. Charlie began their career in 2009 with an internship at Citi, where they conducted research into tobacco companies. In 2013, they completed internships at London Stock Exchange Group and AMV BBDO, where they worked on a new advertising campaign for Starbucks and ghost wrote an essay for the Parliamentary Commission on Banking Standards. Charlie then gained further experience in 2015 with an internship at Price Forbes & Partners and an internship at EMMA - European Magazine Media Association in 2014. In 2016, they were Operations Manager at The Conservative Party and Project Manager at European Tour. More recently, they were Head of Partnership Development and Entrepreneur In Residence at Karshare from 2019 to 2022, and NEF Fast Track Fellow 2020-'21 at NEF Fast Track - Centre for Entrepreneurs from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are Business Development Manager at Vivacity Labs.

Charlie Richards received their Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Nottingham between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Rugby School from 2004 to 2011, where they completed their A Levels and GCSE.
