Mirri Hengeveld

Mirri Hengeveld has been working in the tech industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at SHL as a Technology Consultant/Product Team Leader and a Technical Helpdesk Agent/Team Leader. In this role, they supported sales teams in developing customised recruitment products, confirmed technical feasibility, documented requirements, project planned and provided support, as well as dealt with customers over the phone and via email. Mirri also provided online system training courses to customers using e-conference software.
