Rachel Holden has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Rachel began their career as an Intern at Bradt Travel Guides and FleishmanHillard. Rachel then worked as an Assistant Account Executive at TogoRun and a Health Care Assistant at Hendford Lodge Medical Centre. In 2017, they joined Yeovil Hospital NHS Foundation as a member of the pharmacy procurement team, where they were responsible for acquiring, invoicing and organizing the goods and services used by the hospital pharmacy. In 2019, Rachel became Manager and Assistant Manager at The Children's Air Ambulance. Rachel currently works as Team Lead and Remote Support Engineer at Vivacity Labs.

Rachel Holden attended the University of East Anglia from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in American Literature with Creative Writing. In 2011 and 2012, they attended Westminster College (MO) without receiving a degree. In 2018, they completed a Fashion Design and Marketing short course from the University of the Arts London, with a focus on Fashion and Marketing.
