Haran Rashes

Haran Rashes has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries.

Haran began their career as an Education Specialist at CText, Inc. in 1988 and later worked as a Computer Support Representative at Tandy Corporation from 1989 to 1991.

In 1991, they joined the University of Michigan as a Computer Support Representative for the Institute for Social Research and worked there until 1995.

Haran then worked as an Internet Consultant at Merit Network, Inc. from 1995 to 1998.

From 1998 to 2015, Haran served as an Attorney at Clark Hill PLC.

In 2015, they joined Clear Rate Communications, Inc. as their General Counsel and held this position until 2017.

From 2017 to 2023, they worked at Extenet in various legal roles, including Director of External Relations (Infrastructure), Senior Counsel for Regulatory Affairs, Assistant General Counsel - Regulatory Affairs, and Associate General Counsel.

Currently, Haran holds the position of Vice President and General Counsel at Vivacity Infrastructure Group, which they joined in April 2023.

Haran Rashes obtained a Bachelor of General Studies (B.G.S.) degree in General Studies from the University of Michigan, graduating between 1984 and 1988. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, attending from 1989 to 1993. After completing their M.B.A., they went on to obtain a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from The University of Toledo College of Law, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.

In terms of additional certifications, Haran Rashes became a member of the Michigan Bar through the State Bar of Michigan in May 1998. Haran later joined the New York Bar through the New York State Unified Court System in September 2011. Their most recent certification is as a member of the Illinois Bar, obtained from the Illinois Supreme Court in June 2017.
