Farida Mommandi

Farida Mommandi is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Nursing at VIVAGE since November 2016. Farida has been an RN at Kindred Hospital Colorado since May 2015 and holds the position of RN Supervisor at Lifecare Centers of America since February 2011.
