Monika Reumkens

Monika Reumkens is a seasoned professional in the field of behavioral science, currently serving as a Gedragskundige at Vivantes Zorggroep since March 2022, and simultaneously contributing as an independent member of the complaints committee for youth care at Koraal. Prior to this, Monika held the position of Gedragskundige at Stichting Pergamijn from February 2013 to February 2022, where responsibilities included providing guidance and support to staff regarding client care and environmental conditions. Monika's experience also encompasses roles such as Team Leader, Coordinator of the BOA and Reporting Team, and additional supportive functions focused on quality management, process management, and client support at Stichting Pergamijn. Monika's academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from NCOI University of Applied Sciences and a Post HBO in Middle Management from Hogeschool Zuyd Sittard, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from Fontys Hogeschool Sittard.
