David Baxter currently serves as a Support Analyst at Vivantio since October 2025. Prior to this role, David spent more than five years at eGain Corporation, starting as a Global Technical Trainee and progressing to Engineer I and then Engineer II in Solution Success. Earlier experience includes positions as a Sales Associate at Nike and a Customer Support Associate at Ralph Lauren. David holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2019.
