Erica Templeton

Erica Templeton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erica started their career as a Volunteer Coordinator Intern at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in 2011. Erica then worked as a Student Assistant at Hiram College Office of Special Events and Conferencing from 2008 to 2012.

In 2012, Erica joined Mercury Plastics, Inc. as an Inventory Control, Reception, and General Office Support. Afterward, they became a Client Service Professional at H&R Block Franchise for a few months in 2014.

Erica then moved on to work at Hiram College in different capacities, including Office Assistant in the Office of College Relations, Publicity Manager in the Kennedy Center Programming Board, Resident Assistant in the Office of Residential, Citizenship, and Commuter Education, Safety Aide in the Office of Campus Safety Services, and eventually as a Campus Safety Officer in the same department. Erica held these roles from 2009 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, Erica worked as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant at Edelman Co. Erica then joined Sunset Heating & Cooling in 2015 as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator.

In 2016, Erica joined Nvoicepay, a FLEETCOR Company, as a Marketing Programs Manager, focusing on non-vertical markets. Erica later transitioned to the role of Digital Marketing Manager, where they focused on web personalization and target nurture. Erica also worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist, supporting lead generation and nurturing efforts by managing email campaigns, landing pages, and content organization.

Starting in 2021, Erica worked at Opal as a Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Field Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as event production, vertical targeting, co-marketing partnerships, paid media management, and process creation. Erica achieved exceptional results, including exceeding the new business opportunity creation goal for 2022.

Most recently, Erica joined Vivantio in 2023 as a Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Digital Marketing.

Erica Templeton attended Hiram College from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an Opal Beginner Certificate from Opal in April 2021, a Marketo Certified Expert certification from Adobe in June 2020, a Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot in January 2017, an Email Marketing Certification from HubSpot in June 2016, and an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in December 2015.
