Jules Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jules is currently the Head of Customer Service at Vivantio, a global SaaS provider. In this role, they are responsible for the strategic development of the Implementation/Professional Services team and the Support team.

Prior to their current position, Jules worked as the Head of Customer Services at Safetykleen, a Private Equity backed service company. Jules was accountable for the strategic and operational planning and sales growth within the company. Jules also served as the Customer Relationship & Sales Project Manager, where they managed sales projects and implemented administration support for National Account/key customers.

Before their tenure at Safetykleen, Jules worked at GoResponse as the Channel Partner Manager. Jules offered white-labelled contact solutions and partnership schemes to retail, e-commerce, marketing, and charity agencies. Additionally, they were a Business Development Manager, leading the sales department and generating new sales opportunities.

Jules also has experience as a Co-Owner of Jellybean Photography, an Area Sales Executive at GOAL Education Assessment, and a Self-employed Consultant at Body Shop At Home. Jules has held various roles in retail, including Retail Store Manager at Kaytech Computer Superstore and Retail Business Manager at Harrods.

At the beginning of their career, Jules worked as a Consultant in the financial services industry as well. Overall, Jules Stevens has a strong background in customer service, sales, and business development, with extensive experience in different sectors.

Jules Stevens began their education at Huish Episcopi, where they studied O Levels from 1980 to 1985. Following this, they attended Yeovil College from 1985 to 1987 and obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Business Management and Finance. In 1987 and 1988, Jules attended the College for Distributive Trades, where they earned a Day Release Business Diploma in Retail Management. In 2010, Jules completed a program at City & Guilds, focusing on Sales & Business Management and earning another degree with the same name.
