Sachira Samarasinghe

Sachira Samarasinghe has a wealth of experience in the banking and finance industry. From 2002 to 2015, they held various roles at Sampath Bank Ltd - Card Centre, Nations Trust Bank PLC, ICICI Bank, NDB Bank, and VivCorp. In 2002, they began their career as a Staff Assistant - Grade II at Sampath Bank Ltd - Card Centre, where they were responsible for handling customer inquiries/complaints, balance transfers, and fund transfers. In 2006, they moved to Nations Trust Bank PLC as an Assistant Account Relationship Manager. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at ICICI Bank as a Relationship Manager. During this time, they were responsible for carrying out detailed credit appraisals on the portfolio's existing and new clients and preparing credit proposals to be reviewed by credit approving authorities. In 2014, they moved to NDB Bank as a Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking, where they managed the bank's relationship with a portfolio of local financial institutions. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have served as the Director/Chief Financial Officer at VivCorp.

Sachira Samarasinghe attended Trinity College from 1985 to 1998 and earned an Advanced Level degree. Sachira then attended the University of Bangalore from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
