Sibel Kinak

Sibel KINAK is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy, coaching, and mentoring, currently serving as the Managing Partner at VEGA Management Consultancy and Training since October 2014. KINAK specializes in workforce sustainability, re-skilling, up-skilling, talent acquisition, executive coaching, strategic planning, and change management. Additionally, KINAK mentors startups through roles at multiple organizations, including Teknopark İstanbul A.Ş., TÜGİM, İTÜ Çekirdek, YTU Startup House, and Bilişim Vadisi. KINAK holds significant expertise in talent management and workforce sustainability at BCB Network, and actively contributes to the #IamRemarkable initiative, empowering underrepresented groups. KINAK earned an MSc. in Computer Engineering and a BSc. in Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
