National Program Director Of Prevention And Harm Reduction at Vivent Health

Kristen Grimes, MAOM, MCHES®, currently serves as the National Program Director of Prevention and Harm Reduction at Vivent Health since November 2017, after holding the position of Director for Prevention Services. Additionally, Kristen worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, instructing master's level students in a health-focused course from August 2022 to January 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at the Children's Health Alliance of Wisconsin, where Kristen was Director of Strategic Partnerships, overseeing initiatives to improve health policies and practices, and managing the asthma team. Kristen's early career featured positions at the City of Milwaukee Health Department and various health organizations focused on youth and community health education. Kristen holds a Bachelor's of Science in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and a Master's of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
