Lucas Santos

Lucas Santos has a robust background in IT infrastructure and management, currently serving as the Coordenador de infraestrutura de TI at Viveo since October 2022. Prior experience includes a partnership role at We Tecnologia from September 2015 to October 2022, where significant responsibilities encompassed account management for major clients and technical management overseeing the Projects and Service Desk teams. Lucas also held roles at HP as a Field Support Analyst and at Just One Ti Solution as a Support Analyst. Currently pursuing a degree in Tecnólogo em Redes, Administração de Redes e Sistemas at Universidade São Judas Tadeu, Lucas also holds various IT certifications, including ITIL V3 Foundation and MCSA for Windows Server 2012.
