Reinaldo Pascual

As the founder of Pascual LLC, a specialty corporate law firm, Rey Pascual provides high-level strategic advice and general counsel services to a select group of clients, including VIVEX Biologics.

Before founding Pascual LLC, Mr. Pascual spent 30 years practicing law at several high-level firms in Atlanta and across the US. He most recently served as the managing partner of Paul Hastings LLP, where he chaired the Atlanta corporate group.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pascual has represented numerous clients and has led hundreds of private and public investment and merger and acquisition transactions.

Mr. Pascual holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University. He also holds numerous accolades in the Atlanta legal community and has been an early investor to many successful companies.

Mr. Pascual is also the current Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Syracuse University and serves on the university’s executive committee.
