Madeline Clements has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2012, they worked as an Editorial, Marketing, and Event Planning Intern at Advisen. In 2013, they gained experience as a Brand Ambassador Intern at Abroad Circle and as a Fashion Public Relations Intern for Acne, Altuzarra, Maje, and J-Brand Accounts at PR Consulting. In 2014, they worked as an Intern at CHAP - Curar Haciendo Arte Con Pequeños and as an Educator at Fundacion Arte del Mundo. Madeline also interned as a Fellowships & Grant Intern at AAUW. In 2015, they volunteered for the Fly By Light Program at One Common Unity. From 2015 to 2019, they held various roles at New Classrooms, including Executive Assistant, Central Initiatives Associate, External Wing Associate, External Initiatives Manager, and Senior Manager of External Initiatives. In 2019, they joined Success Academy Charter Schools as a Lead Teacher and later became a Grade Team Lead. Most recently, they started working at Vivi as a Customer Success Manager in September 2021.

Madeline Clements earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Communications from The George Washington University from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied Latin American Societies and Cultures at IES Abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from an undisclosed start year to 2014. Madeline completed their International Baccalaureate from 2006 to 2011 at EABJM, Ecole Active Bilingue Jeannine Manuel.
