Sarcha joined Vivid in July 2021 as head of people and performance. She has over 15 years of experience working in her field, assisting businesses transition through periods of organizational growth. Sacha's experience spans the hospitality, sports administration, technology, and advertising sectors.

Sarcha holds graduate qualifications in human resource management and coaching.

Sarcha is responsible for the employee experience at Vivid with a focus on diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development.
