Sarah Doll is the current Chief People Officer at Vivid Seats. Sarah has been in this role since October 2017 and is responsible for all functions that touch the employee life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, culture & engagement, talent management, compensation and benefits. Sarah was instrumental in building the company's HR infrastructure.

In their first 12 months, Sarah transformed Recruitment and HR functions into trusted business partners positioned to inform decisions with people data, elevate the employee experience and effectively scale for the next phase of growth. Sarah led the team that established people metrics with surveys, on-boarding and exit interviews, turnover tracking. They also implemented hiring best practices tailored to each role from interview training to offer strategies. In addition, they developed career pathing and competencies as well as performance management tools to enable frequent feedback and career conversations throughout the year. Sarah also launched Diversity and Inclusion Workshops and Initiatives along with creating company-wide communication initiatives. Lastly, they increased benefits offerings while decreasing premiums.

Prior to their current role, Sarah was the Vice President - People & Talent at Enova International from September 2007 to September 2017.

Sarah Doll graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Communications.

They work with Robert Rotondo - Head of Marketplace Servicing and Sales, Jon Wagner - CTO, and Steve Wojcik - Head of Advanced Fulfillment Services. Sarah Doll reports to Stan Chia, CEO.
