Carys Peacock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset delivery, void management, and tenancy enforcement. Currently serving as an Asset Delivery Planned Works Manager at VIVID since July 2017, Carys has held various managerial roles focused on managing voids, insurance works, and project management. Prior experience includes positions at Sentinel Housing Association, where Carys managed staffing for major/minor voids, and as a Neighbourhood Officer, overseeing anti-social behavior cases and income recovery. Carys has also contributed to outreach work for victims of domestic abuse at Berkshire Women's Aid. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Criminology and Community Safety from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor's degree from Solent University. Carys possesses strong skills in contract and people management, policy writing, risk assessment, and customer service.
