Patrick Brassil

Patrick Brassil is a seasoned expert in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics, currently serving as Senior Director DMPK at Vividion Therapeutics, Inc. since October 2024. Previously, Patrick held the position of Vice President of Pharmacology at Terremoto Biosciences and served as Head of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics at Global Blood Therapeutics, where leadership focused on developing treatments for Sickle Cell Disease and other blood disorders. Patrick's extensive career includes senior roles at Theravance Biopharma, AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Servier, with a strong emphasis on managing DMPK teams and projects across various therapeutic areas. Patrick earned a Ph.D. in Biochemical Pharmacology from Imperial College London and a Master of Science from the Royal Postgraduate Medical School.
