Danielle Brescia

Danielle Brescia, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of People at Vividly and Community Manager at People Leader Accelerator. With extensive experience in human resources, Danielle has held key leadership roles including Senior Director, People & Talent at Shopmonkey, where responsibilities included managing talent acquisition and spearheading international expansion efforts. As Director of Global Human Resources, oversight included supporting growth to approximately 200 employees across multiple countries. Previous experience includes Director of People Operations at Cloudbeds, where Danielle built critical teams to support business scaling from Series B to D and facilitated the establishment of international operations. Additional roles encompass the Director of Human Resources at ColRich and President of HR CAFÉ, alongside earlier positions that provided foundational HR expertise. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC San Diego.
