Lindsey Sand

Lindsey Sand serves as the Vice President of Population Health at Vivie since October 2020, focusing on the strategic vision and programming for Knute Nelson and Walker Methodist by fostering partnerships with community organizations and healthcare stakeholders to enhance aging care delivery. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Knute Nelson from December 2019 to October 2020, and a lengthy tenure at Assumption Community from March 2006 to October 2019, where Lindsey held various roles including Administrator/COO and Director of Community Services, overseeing operations and ensuring quality care in accordance with regulatory standards. Educational qualifications include a degree in Long Term Care Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Liberal Arts for the Human Services from the University of Minnesota Morris.
