Paul Kirtley

Paul Kirtley is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the trading and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Recruitment Partner at VivCourt Trading since August 2023, Paul was previously the Recruitment Manager for Maven Securities in the APAC region from June 2022 to August 2023, where Paul led recruitment efforts despite regional growth challenges. Prior to that, Paul spent seven years at Optiver Asia Pacific as a Trading, Technology & Control Recruitment Partner, developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the APAC region. Earlier roles included Senior Consultant at Aurec, Head of Trading Technology & Quantitative Finance Practice at Montash, and a Graduate Management Training Scheme participant at ERAC. Paul holds a BA in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
