Tim Grégoire

Tim Grégoire has a diverse work experience in the operations and supply chain management field. Tim started their career at Jag Components as a Warehouse Manager from July 2000 to April 2005. Later, they joined Vivier Pharma where they held various roles, including Warehouse Clerk from July 2005 to January 2008, Production Coordinator from January 2008 to July 2010, and Production Manager from July 2010 to January 2019. During their time at Vivier Pharma, Tim oversaw production scheduling, purchasing, deliveries, and implemented procedures and processes to improve production and operations. More recently, they have worked as an Operations Manager from December 2019 to September 2021, Senior Operations Manager from June 2021 to present, and currently serves as the Director of Operations since February 2023. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing the entire supply chain, including purchasing, planning, artwork, warehousing, and logistics. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated skills in project management, change management, and optimizing inventory levels.

Tim Grégoire completed their Bachelors of Commerce in Management from Concordia University, where they studied from 2005 to 2012. Tim also pursued a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Lean Six Sigma Canada, however, no specified duration for this education is provided.
