Russell Teale

Founder & CEO at Vivify

Russell Teale has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Russell is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Vivify, a company focused on making under-utilized school facilities available to the public. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations at School Lettings Solutions where they implemented cost savings and operational restructures. Before that, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of FiTR, a tech start-up using AI to disrupt the health and wellness sector. Russell also has experience at Total Fitness where they served as the Operations Director, Director of Customer Experience, and Head of HR. Russell started their career as an HR Assistant at Victim Support and Tesco PLC.

Russell Teale completed their A Levels in English Literature, Psychology, Biology, and Physiology at Trafford College from 2003 to 2004. Russell then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Chester, graduating in 2008. In 2012 to 2013, Russell attended Trafford College again and obtained a certification in Human Resource and Business Practice (CIPD).
