Katarina Miculis

Katarina Miculis is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) since May 2012, Katarina focuses on adding value to the business within the Engineering and Customer Services division, addressing strategic challenges and facilitating transformation through innovation methodologies such as agile and OKRs. Previously, Katarina held significant roles in HR consultancy and management, including Coordinator of Internal HR Consulting in the Central-West and North regions, and Senior HR Analyst positions at GVT, Kronorte S/A Implementos Rodoviários, and Alpargatas. Katarina holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and a Master's in Human Resources Management from FAFIRE.
