David Bridle

David Bridle serves as the Head of Engineering and Technical Services at VIVO Defence Services since February 2022, where also holds the role of Regional Coordinating Authorising Engineer BE Central (East) & USVF and Authorising Engineer. Prior to this, Bridle worked at AMEY UK PLC from February 2017 to January 2022 as an Authorising Engineer and Authorised Person responsible for implementing safety systems on the MoD estate. Bridle has significant experience in sports management as Assistant Director of Sport at Headington School (2014-2017) and Director of Hockey at The King's School, Canterbury (2011-2014). Bridle's earlier career includes over 15 years in HM Forces, where roles included Workshop Manager/Troop Commander and Senior Mechanical Training Analyst. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Building Services Engineering from Brunel University, a BSc (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Science from Oxford Brookes University, and an HND in Building Service Engineering from the Royal School of Military Engineering, among other certifications.
