Paul Charlton has a background in carpentry and has held various supervisory roles in different companies over the years. Currently, Paul works as a Billables Work Manager at VIVO Defence Services, where Paul manages billable work projects. Prior to this, Paul served as a Service Delivery Manager at BJF Group and Richard Irvin FM Limited. Paul also has experience working as a Supervisor at Richard Irvin Energy Solutions, INTEGRAL UK Ltd, and Babcock International Group. Paul attended City of Portsmouth College for further education after graduating from City Of Portsmouth Boys School.
