Sam Lane

Sam Lane is an experienced professional in facilities management, currently serving as the Head of Technical Compliance at VIVO Defence Services since November 2021, focusing on MOD housing. Prior to this role, Lane held the position of Hard Services Manager at Derwent fm and experienced significant tenure at EMCOR Facilities Services as Engineering Compliance Manager and Site Operations Manager for Hard FM. Additional experience includes a decade at Serco as Building Services Manager and Project Manager, along with roles at Interserve, Eurovent, Vivendi, Capita PROjEN, and ERIC JOHNSON OF NORTHWICH LIMITED. Lane's technical background is supported by an HND in Electrical Engineering obtained from Mid Cheshire College during an apprenticeship in Electrician.
