Julius Cerullo is an experienced corporate advisor and executive with a strong background in finance, law, and governance. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Vivo Energy and an Executive Director at Mizuho, Julius has held various significant roles including Non-Executive Independent Director at Saxo Bank Switzerland, and Senior Specialist Consultant for Infrastructure Development Finance at the World Bank Group. Educational qualifications include an SJD in Corporate and Taxation Laws from Harvard Law School and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Governance from The University of Manchester. With over two decades of experience across major financial institutions such as JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Citibank Group, Julius has a proven track record in corporate law, credit risk management, and business development strategies in Africa and South-East Asia.
