Jennifer Betz

Jen Betz has over 25 years of Human Resources experience working in a variety of industries including healthcare, construction materials and tech. Her experience includes leading teams, supporting operations, and creating systems, processes, and programs to grow an organization and align people to strategy. For three years she ran her own HR consulting practice, Abound HR, and has worked in both private equity and publicly held organizations. Jen received her BA in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma and her M. Ed in Human Resources from Colorado State University. She also holds both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certification designations and is a certified and licensed trainer in DiSC, Leadership Architect, and Crucial Conversations. When Jen isn’t working, she enjoys most everything the Colorado outdoors has to offer – skiing and hiking with her husband, Steve, and their two Corgis (Winston and Scooter), and figure skating. She is excited to be joining the amazing leadership group at VIVO Infusion.
