Rui Li

Rui Li is a highly experienced professional in corporate strategy and mobile service development, currently serving as General Manager of both the Corporate Strategy Development Department and the Mobile Service Strategy Development Department at vivo since October 2018. Prior to this, Rui Li held positions as Senior Director at vivo, overseeing the mobile strategy center within the Corporate Strategy Department, and also excelled as a Senior Manager at 思略特 from October 2017 to October 2018, where rapid promotions reflected strategic acumen within the S&TMT team. Rui Li's earlier career included significant roles at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, with a trajectory that began as Project Consultant post-MBA and advanced to Senior Consultant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Economics from Tufts University and additional management degrees from Hefei University of Technology.
