Rhett Pena

Rhett Pena has a diverse work experience in the aquatic industry. Rhett started their career at Big Surf Waterpark in 2010, where they worked as an Operations and Maintenance Supervisor for nine years. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the park's day-to-day operations and maintenance activities.

In 2017, Rhett joined Vivo Aquatic Group and started as a Service Manager. Rhett played a key role in coordinating service and repairs on commercial properties, troubleshooting water quality and equipment issues, and advising clients on improving pool operation. After eight months, they were promoted to Territory Manager, where they managed a specific territory and focused on sales and client relations. Most recently, Rhett became a Product Manager in August 2020, responsible for developing and managing product strategies within the company.

From 2015 to 2017, Rhett Pena attended Northern Arizona University where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies.
