Dulma Clark has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. In 2019, they worked as an Intrapreneur at Vivobarefoot until July 2020, when they transitioned to become the Head of the Livebarefoot Fund. Dulma also joined the Nexus Global Summit as a Member in July 2019 and The Conduit as a Social Enterprise Member in February 2019. In 2020, they became a Member of the Steering Group at the Devon Environment Foundation in September. Additionally, Dulma Clark served as a Board Trustee at the JA Clark Charitable Trust since November 2013. Dulma has experience as a Director at SOUL OF AFRICA from August 2014 to September 2020. In 2014, they worked as a Project Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant at Global Giving UK from March to August. Dulma Clark has also contributed as an Advisor at Save Lake Baikal from September 2012 to July 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Advisor at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, The Student Law Clinic from September 2010 to June 2012. Dulma also secured a Trainee position at UNDP in February 2011 for a few months.
Dulma Clark began their education in 2005 at the Buryat National Lyceum Border School. After completing their studies there in 2007, they went on to the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Law from 2007 to 2012. Simultaneously, they also obtained another Bachelor's Degree in Translator for Specific Purposes in Humanities, English-Russian, from the same institution during the same time period. Following this, from 2013 to 2015, Dulma attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Rights. In addition, in 2014 they enrolled in the Global Campus of Human Rights to study Business and Human Rights for a brief period.
