Zoe Bayliss Wong has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Zoe is also a Commercial Board Member at ICAEW since 2021. In 2020, Zoe joined Everywoman Ltd as an Advisory Board member, contributing to the advancement of women in business. Additionally, they act as a Growth Advisor & Angel Investor at Chimnie, a platform for an open and transparent housing market. Previously, Zoe held several roles at Depop, including Finance Director, Director of Finance and Operations, Head of Finance, and Financial Controller. At Depop, they played a crucial role in scaling the business, leading teams, and closing a $62 million Series C round. Prior to Depop, Zoe worked as a Freelance Fashion & Beauty Writer, producing content for various publications and running a successful lifestyle blog. Zoe also had experience in finance and tax consulting at F&F Clothing, Deloitte, and J.P. Morgan. Overall, Zoe possesses a strong background in finance, operations, and business development, combined with a passion for sustainability and supporting women in business.

Zoe Bayliss Wong holds an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) degree from ICAEW. Prior to that, they earned a Finance, Accounting & Management BA (Hons) degree from the University of Nottingham. Before attending university, Zoe attended Aylesbury High School.
