Melissa Silvestre-Valde

Melissa is an HR practitioner and a member of the HR Operations team at VivoPower, bringing her expertise in action and execution.

With more than 12 years of combined experience in HR, administration, executive and business support, project and account management, and digital marketing from a variety of industries in Dubai and Manila, she brings her in-depth knowledge and skills in utilizing and implementing processes and improving the automation of systems and procedures.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Our Lady of Fatima University and a Philippine Registered Nurse since 2009. She is also a CHRP holder from the American Certification Institute (ACI Middle East) in 2018 from Blue Ocean Academy in Dubai.
