Shawn C. Wilde

Shawn C. Wilde is an experienced IT professional and educator with a diverse background spanning various leadership roles in technology and education. Currently serving as an adjunct instructor at San Jose State University since January 2017, Shawn teaches a survey course for business majors on computers and the industry. As a member of the Board of Directors at VivoSecurity Inc. since January 2015, Shawn contributes strategic oversight. Previously, as IT Director of Strategic Programs at Natera from December 2016 to April 2021, Shawn specialized in technical compliance, managing significant regulations and external audits. Shawn's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer at Trimble Navigation for over a decade, where notable achievements included leading IT growth during a substantial revenue expansion and consolidating global operations. Additional roles have included senior positions at Optictrek, Telocity, and Nortel, contributing to software engineering and product development throughout a career began with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer & Information Science from the University of Guelph.
